100-ton Gantry Crane for Metro Muck Hoisting

Project Background

The Guangfo Ring Line (Foshan West Station – Guangzhou North Station Section) is an intercity railway across Guangzhou and Foshan in the Guangzhou Metropolitan Area of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It serves as a key component of the Pearl River Delta intercity rail network. Once completed, this project will form a complete intercity rail loop connecting Guangzhou and Foshan.

Henan Mine delivered 2 sets of 100-ton special double girder gantry cranes for metro muck hoisting to the construction site. This series is among the large-tonnage complete crane equipment domestically applied for metro muck removal operations.

Product & Technical Features

Custom-developed to match site working conditions and green construction requirements:

1. The under-rail hoisting gear achieves a hoisting depth up to 40 meters, suitable for deep foundation pit muck and material lifting in subway construction.

2. The gantry frame is optimized via computer-aided structural calculation & analysis, delivering a more reasonable overall mechanical structure.

3. Strict inspection standards and precision manufacturing guarantee stable product quality.

4. Safety protection devices are equipped for core movements including travelling and hoisting, enabling safe, efficient and reliable operation.

Project Value

Henan Mine cooperates with China Railway No.1 Engineering Group to accelerate the construction progress of the Guangfo Ring Line. The customized gantry cranes help boost the efficiency of metro foundation pit construction, supporting the infrastructure development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
