360T Double-Girder Ladle Crane

Double-girder, single-trolley for handling ladle, heavy castings and molds in steel plant.

Description:

This 360t Ladle Crane adopts a double-girder and double-track beam structure, and it is heavy-duty EOT crane designed to handle ladles in steel mill. Its bridge frame is composed of two main beams and two articulated end beams, with a compact and reasonable overall layout, which balances structural stability and space utilization.

Core Component Processes:

  • Reducer: All adopt hard-tooth surface reducers, featuring high transmission efficiency, strong load-bearing capacity and long service life.

  • Pulley: Manufactured by the latest rolling process, with an attractive and neat appearance, excellent wear resistance of the rope groove, which effectively extends the service life of the steel wire rope.

  • Force-bearing shafts: All main force-bearing shafts are made of forging material, which has high material strength and good toughness, and can bear impact loads under complex working conditions.

  • Manufacturing process: To ensure assembly accuracy, the integral processing and manufacturing process is adopted as a whole, which reduces assembly errors and improves the stable operation of the whole machine.

Design Concept and Advantages:

The whole crane adopts the design concepts of modularization, equal strength and equal service life, and incorporates more scientific ergonomic design, making the matching between transmission parts and structural parts more reasonable. This design not only facilitates later maintenance and reduces maintenance costs, but also greatly improves the life cycle of the whole machine and ensures the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
