Description:
This 320t Ladle Crane features a "four-girder, four-rail, dual-trolley" structural configuration mainly used for handling ladle, heavy castings and molds in steel plant. Its main structure exhibits exceptional strength and rigidity under both vertical and horizontal loads. The crane's travel mechanism employs a 20-wheel arrangement, characterized by a simplified mechanical model and balanced wheel pressure distribution, which effectively reduces the construction costs of the factory's steel structure.
The entire crane is equipped with a variable-speed control system, ensuring smooth and safe operation with minimal impact during starting and braking. Furthermore, the hoisting speed-regulation mechanism utilizes a "one-active, one-standby" redundancy system; in the event of a failure in one unit, a safe and rapid switchover can be executed to guarantee the continued, normal operation of the hoisting system.
Key components are manufactured using the latest and most advanced domestic technologies and manufacturing processes. The wheel assemblies, in particular, utilize the newest series of standard 45° split-type forged wheels, distinguished by their high load-bearing capacity, dust-proof design, long service life, and ease of replacement and maintenance.
