Side-Hung Hoist EOT Crane
The electric hoist is installed on the angle trolley of one side girder to increase the lifting height.
Description:
Henan Mine Side-Hung Trolley Type EOT Crane consists of box girders, end beams, trolleys and running mechanisms. The electric hoist is installed on the angle trolley as the hoisting mechanism. The angle trolley is arranged on one side of the main girder in a side-hung form for operation, and is equipped with upper and lower horizontal wheels, which are arranged in three points with the vertical traveling wheels.
Lifting Height Advantage:
The electric hoist is raised from the lower part of the traditional main girder to the upper side of the main girder, which effectively increases the lifting height.
Trolley Operation:
The trolley adopts conical motor braking and open gear transmission for stable operation.
Main Girder Performance:
The main girder is of box-type structure with offset rails, and is equipped with upper and lower horizontal wheels. It is safe and reliable, and can effectively prevent rail gnawing.
Long Travel Operation:
The long travel adopts separate drive mode, conical motor braking and open gear transmission.
Motor Configuration:
The running motor can be selected as soft-start motor and frequency conversion speed regulation according to user requirements, ensuring the crane starts smoothly and operates safely and reliably.
Operation Modes:
The crane is equipped with two operation modes: ground pendant control and wireless remote control.
