Description:

Model MG(U) U-Type Metro Slag Tipping Hook Gantry Crane is a custom double-girder gantry crane designed and built by Henan Mine exclusively for metro shield construction, tunnel excavation, and foundation pit muck handling. It integrates automatic lifting, traversing, and hydraulic/mechanical slag bucket tipping for efficient vertical muck transport.

Core Structure (U-Shape Design):

Main Bridge: Box-type double girder, high rigidity, optimized for heavy-duty cyclic work.
U-Type Legs: Open U-shaped frame provides wide lateral clearance, allowing muck trucks to drive in/out quickly for direct unloading.
Trolley & Hoist: Heavy-duty winch trolley with 16–75t lifting capacity, VFD control for smooth, precise operation.
Slag Tipping Mechanism: Special tipping hook/bracket (Henan Mine patented design) for automatic 120°–180° bucket overturning.
Travel System: Longitudinal (gantry) and transverse (trolley) movement with VFD speed regulation.
Electrical & Control: PLC system, cabin/remote/pendant control, overload protection, limit switches, anemometer, anti-collision system.

Typical Working Cycle (Shield Muck Handling):

Loading: Muck loaded into 6–12m³ dedicated tipping bucket underground.
Lifting: Crane hoists bucket to ground level.
Traversing: Gantry/trolley moves over muck truck.
Tipping: Automatic unlocking & tipping; muck discharged into truck.
Return: Empty bucket lowered to repeat cycle.
