The industrial remote control series made by Henan Mine is specially designed to control industrial-grade mechanical equipment. It is widely used as a wireless remote control for various industrial devices, including EOT cranes, Gantry Crane, tower cranes, mobile cranes, conveyor systems, and other hoisting equipment.

Receiver Power Supply Selection:

  • The receiver supports multiple voltage options. 380V and 36V can be directly switched, while other voltages require customization.

  • Voltage Conversion Method

    • Turn off the power supply to the receiver.

    • Pull out the originally inserted voltage selection jumper/switch.

    • Select the desired voltage, then insert the switch into the corresponding voltage socket to complete the operation.

Product Warranty:

  • Quality Guarantee

    • The manufacturer warrants that this product fully complies with all specified technical indicators at the time of factory shipment. The product will function normally provided it is installed and used correctly.

  • Warranty Period

    • This product is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of factory shipment. During the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair the product free of charge for non-human-caused damage. All products requiring repair must be sent to the manufacturer’s designated service center for inspection and maintenance. The customer is responsible for the one-way shipping cost to the service center; the manufacturer will cover the return shipping cost during the warranty period.

  • Exclusions

    • The above warranty does not cover the following:

    • Consumable parts including buttons, relays, fuses, and batteries;

    • Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use, force majeure, natural disasters, insufficient maintenance, neglect of operating environment/specifications;

    • Failures or damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, incorrect usage, or customer-initiated interface configuration changes.

  • Notes

    • No other express or implied warranties are provided beyond the terms stated herein. The repair service provided under this warranty constitutes the customer’s sole remedy. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Safety Precautions:

  • General Precautions

    • Personnel without professional training must not disassemble this equipment, as this may cause product damage or personal injury.

    • This manual is for reference only. For detailed technical issues, please consult your authorized distributor.

    • This equipment has undergone rigorous testing before leaving the factory. Do not use it in hazardous situations where loss or damage may occur. Always turn off the main power supply after use.

    • Cut off the power to the receiver and press the STOP emergency stop button on the transmitter.

    • Store the transmitter in a safe location. Do not allow unauthorized personnel to operate it randomly to prevent accidents.

    • The equipment must be equipped with a main power relay, limit switches, and other safety devices.

    • Stop using the equipment during lightning storms or when experiencing signal interference.

    • Ensure the transmitter battery is sufficiently charged and the receiver voltage is normal.

    • During installation or maintenance, turn off the main power supply and the receiver power to avoid electric shock.

    • The manufacturer reserves the right to modify or upgrade the equipment. The contents of this manual are subject to change without prior notice to reflect the latest product specifications.

  • Operator Precautions

    • Users must complete the KS series operation training to become familiar with the operating procedures.

    • Operators must be in good physical and mental health, able to assess operational safety, and hold valid operating qualifications.

    • The robust KS series transmitter is resistant to impact and harsh environmental conditions; however, excessive or intentional collision and compression may still cause damage.

    • Pay attention to the indicator light on the transmitter. If the red light flashes continuously, it may indicate a fault or low battery power. Stop operation immediately and replace the battery. Resume operation only after the indicator shows normal status.

    • If severe signal interference is detected, stop operation immediately.

    • Remove the batteries from the transmitter if the remote control will not be used for an extended period.

  • Installation Precautions

    • Before installing the receiver, turn off the equipment’s main power and ensure the power supply is disconnected to prevent electric shock.

    • Install the receiver in a location away from potential spark sources, such as motors, cables, and other sources of interference.

    • Securely fasten the receiver during installation to prevent loosening or falling.

    • Thoroughly understand the crane’s power distribution system and the remote control’s function settings (including relay outputs) to avoid incorrect wiring.

    • The receiver must not be installed inside the control cabinet. The correct installation method is to mount the receiver on the top (or outside) of the control cabinet, then route the receiver’s output cables into the cabinet for proper connection.

    • This series of remote controls features 4 billion unique security codes, all pre-set differently at the factory. During installation, confirm there are no other remote controls using the same frequency within a 100-meter radius to avoid mutual interference.

  • Transmitter Precautions

    • A steady green LED light indicates sufficient battery power, and the transmitter can operate normally.

    • A flashing yellow LED light indicates low battery power. Pause work (e.g., lower suspended loads to the ground) and replace the battery as soon as possible.

    • A flashing red LED light indicates critically low battery power. The transmitter will automatically send an emergency stop signal to shut down the receiver. To ensure operational safety, avoid operating with a low battery.
