Fixed-Point EOT Crane for Aerated Concrete
The aerated concrete crane is a specialized lifting device designed for handling concrete molds.
Description:
The aerated concrete crane is a specialized lifting device designed for handling concrete molds and green bodies. It is mainly composed of four parts: a box-type bridge girder, a crane traveling mechanism, a hoisting mechanism, and electrical equipment. Equipped with dedicated lifting tools, it can efficiently perform operations such as mold turning, mold opening, and demolding.

Main Components and Functions:
-
Bridge Structure
-
The crane adopts a box-type bridge girder, ensuring high strength, rigidity, and stable operation.
-
-
Hoisting Mechanism
-
The hoisting mechanism is installed between the two main girders and consists of a motor, reducer, brake, drum, and guide pulleys.
-
The wire rope is wound from the drum and routed through pulleys fixed on both sides of the bridge or trolley, then connected to the lifting device pulleys, forming a double lifting point for balanced and safe operation.
-
-
Traveling Mechanism
-
The crane traveling mechanism adopts an independent driving system, providing smooth operation, better load distribution, and improved reliability.
-
-
Electrical System
-
The electrical equipment ensures precise control, safe operation, and coordinated performance of all crane functions.
-
