This flameproof steel wire rope explosion-proof electric hoist manufactured by Henan Mine Crane Co., Ltd. fully encloses internal sparks and high temperatures within its casing. The casing can withstand internal explosions and prevent flames from spreading outside. It complies with China’s GB 3836 series explosion-proof standards, has passed testing by the Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Explosion-Proof Electrical Products under the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and holds an explosion-proof certificate. It can be directly used for hoisting operations in flammable and explosive hazardous sites such as chemical plants, petroleum facilities, and coal mines.

Explosion-proof Type: Flameproof enclosure (marked “Ex d”)Core components that may generate sparks, electric arcs or hazardous temperatures (motors, control boxes, etc.) are enclosed in a flameproof casing. The casing withstands internal explosion pressure, cools flames through joint gaps, and stops internal explosions from spreading externally, in compliance with GB/T 3836.2-2021 for flameproof equipment.

Applicable Environment: Flammable and explosive gas / dust environmentsIncluding petrochemical, gas, coal mine, dust workshops, etc. It generally falls under Category II gas equipment (covering IIA/IIB/IIC gases such as propane and hydrogen). Some models support dust explosion protection (Ex tD), with an ambient temperature range of -20℃ to 40℃ and altitude ≤ 1000 m.

Check explosion-proof marking: Confirm coverage of on-site gas groups (IIA/IIB/IIC) and temperature classes (T1–T6). For example, Class IIC covers IIB/IIA, and Class T6 has a maximum surface temperature ≤ 85℃, suitable for more scenarios.

Match environment category: Distinguish between Category I (coal mines), Category II (non-coal mine flammable gases) and Category III (dust). Most Henan Mining hoists are Category II and should be selected according to the on-site category.

Certificate consistency: Verify the explosion-proof certificate number, model and test basis during procurement to ensure the product is consistent with the tested sample and avoid risks of “model-certificate mismatch”.

Installation and maintenance: Strictly follow the instruction manual. Regularly inspect joint gaps and fasteners of the flameproof casing to avoid damage to the explosion-proof structure.
