Description:

Clean room electric hoist from Henan Mining is a lightweight, low-dust generation lifting equipment specially designed for ISO Class 5–8 dust-free environments. It features fully enclosed dustproof structure, stainless steel/anti-corrosion aluminum alloy material, and variable frequency silent operation, widely used in pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, food processing and precision electronics workshops.

The operating environment is a semiconductor material workshop, designed for dust-free conditions, with an air cleanliness level of Grade 4 (Grade 7 according to the national standard) (i.e., no more than 10,000 particles of 0.1μm size per cubic meter). Additionally, flammable and explosive gases are present in the workshop, and the crane has an explosion-proof rating of dIICT4. The crane is automatically controlled by a computer in the central control room, allowing it to automatically operate between the reduction furnace platform, cleaning platform, transfer platform, rod dismantling tools, and other locations according to the preset working route.
