CD1 and MD1 wire rope electric hoists are compact, light-duty lifting machinery manufactured by Henan Mine Crane. They are widely installed on single-girder overhead cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, and can be modified for winch applications. Engineered for efficiency and reliability, they serve as essential equipment in factories, mines, warehouses, ports, and workshops.

Key Model Differences:

CD1 Type (Single-Speed)

Lifting Speed: Standard single speed (8 m/min)
Motor: Single conical rotor motor with brake
Application: General material handling, loading/unloading, where high efficiency and precise positioning are not critical
Advantage: Cost-effective, simple structure, easy maintenance

MD1 Type (Dual-Speed)

Lifting Speed: Two speeds (Normal: 8 m/min / Slow: 0.8 m/min, approx. 10:1 ratio)
Motor: ZDS dual-speed motor (main + auxiliary)
Application: Precision assembly, equipment installation, mold handling, and maintenance tasks requiring slow, accurate positioning
Advantage: Smooth operation, enhanced safety for delicate loads
