Description:

Henan Mine supplies full-series conductor rail systems for overhead cranes and gantry cranes, including single-pole conductor rail, multi-pole enclosed tubular conductor rail, seamless conductor rail and rigid conductor rail. Each complete set includes conductor rails, current collectors, hangers, expansion joints, end feeders, end caps, connectors and other accessories. The systems deliver stable mobile power supply for travelling cranes, electric hoists and other moving equipment, widely used in workshops, steel plants, ports, warehouses and heavy industrial sites.

Single-Pole Conductor Rail System:

Product Introduction
- Single-pole conductor rail is a modular heavy-duty power rail. Its main conductor is H-shaped aluminum alloy profile with embedded stainless steel sliding strip; outer insulated shell is high-strength PVC. Each rail is one phase. 3/4/5 rails are combined for 3-phase power + neutral/earth. Matching single-pole current collectors with carbon brushes pick up power continuously during crane travelling. Full accessories: suspension brackets, joint connectors, end power feeders, end caps, expansion compensators, angle elbows.

Multi-Pole Enclosed Tubular Conductor Rail System:

Product Introduction
- Multi-pole enclosed tubular conductor rail integrates multiple copper conductors (3P/4P/5P/6P/7P/10P) inside one PVC or fiberglass reinforced plastic tubular housing. All poles are insulated within one enclosure. The matched multi-pole collector slides inside the enclosed channel to obtain power. Accessories: hangers, joint covers, end feeders, tow arms, end caps.

Seamless Conductor Rail System:

Product Introduction
- Seamless conductor rail (jointless conductor rail) uses continuous oxygen-free copper conductor wrapped in flexible PVC insulation jacket. No metal joints between sections, eliminating power break and arcing at joints. The system includes seamless rail, tensioners, hangers, seamless current collectors and tow fittings.

Rigid Conductor Rail System (Copper Head Busbar):

Product Introduction
- Rigid conductor rail is heavy-duty open-type power rail. Conductors are solid copper or aluminum rigid bars, mounted on insulating support insulators. The rigid collector slides directly on the metal conductor surface. Full accessories: insulating supports, expansion joints, power inlet blocks, end stoppers.
