Description:
Henan Mine crane operator cabin (crane cab) is the core operating station for overhead cranes, gantry cranes and metallurgical cranes. It provides operators with a safe, wide-view and ergonomic working environment to monitor hoist, trolley and travelling motions in real time. The cab adopts CNC cold-rolled steel fabrication, available in open type, closed type and insulated thermal-preservation type. It can be mounted on left or right side of the crane girder, with side, end or top entrance options. Custom dimensions and configurations are supported for indoor and outdoor heavy-duty lifting projects.

Application:

Installation Guide:
-
Pre-installation Check Verify cab structure, glass, door hinge, limit switch, control console and wiring integrity. Confirm mounting bracket matches crane girder dimension.

Bracket Fixing Weld or bolt the mounting support onto crane girder according to drawing; check horizontal level and load bearing capacity.

Cab Lifting & Alignment Hoist the cab to the bracket, adjust position to guarantee full view for operator. Bolt tightly and apply anti-loosening lock washers.

Electrical Connection Route control cables, power lines through cable tray; connect limit switch, console, lighting and warning device. Keep wiring neat and insulated.

Commissioning & Safety Test Test door safety interlock, joystick control, lighting and alarm function. Check cab vibration and stability under no-load operation.

Final Acceptance Inspect welding, paint, fasteners and sealing. Conduct trial lifting operation before formal handover to operators.
Note: Installation shall be performed by certified crane technicians, follow local lifting safety codes.
