Rubber Buffer:
Brief Introduction
Rubber buffer is the basic end-stop safety device for cranes. It absorbs collision kinetic energy when crane trolley or gantry hits the limit position, to reduce impact and protect crane structure and rails.
Natural rubber / Synthetic rubber, with anti-aging formula.
Application
Light & medium duty overhead cranes, gantry cranes, hoist trolleys, small port gantry machines; low speed working condition.
Technical Parameters
- Impact speed: ≤0.5 m/s
- Compression deformation: 25%~35%
- Working temperature: -30℃ ~ +60℃
- Hardness: Shore A 60~85

Polyurethane (PU) Buffer:
Brief Introduction
High-performance elastomer buffer, widely upgraded replacement for rubber buffer. It absorbs impact energy by elastic compression when crane reaches travel limit.
Material
Cast polyurethane elastomer (PU).
Application
Medium & heavy duty bridge cranes, gantry cranes, container gantry machines; medium travel speed.

- Compression deformation: 30%~45%
- Working temperature: -40℃ ~ +80℃
- Hardness: Shore A 70~90
- Higher energy absorption capacity than rubber buffer

Coil Spring Buffer:
Brief Introduction
Mechanical metal buffer, using steel spring deformation to absorb collision energy. Two types: single spring & combined spring.

High-quality alloy spring steel (65Mn), painted anti-corrosion surface.
Application
Heavy-duty overhead cranes, large gantry cranes, metallurgical cranes; medium-high speed occasions.

- Stroke: 50~200mm (customizable)
- Working temperature: -40℃ ~ +120℃
- Energy absorption depends on spring stiffness

Hydraulic (Oil Hydraulic) Buffer:
Brief Introduction
High-end energy-absorbing safety component. Converts impact kinetic energy into heat via internal hydraulic oil throttling, realize smooth deceleration without rebound.
Material
High-strength seamless steel cylinder, alloy piston, nitrile rubber sealing rings, anti-wear hydraulic oil.
Application
Heavy-duty & high-speed bridge cranes, port gantry cranes, automated cranes, large container handling equipment.

- Impact speed: 0.5 ~ 4.0 m/s
- Stroke: 80~300mm (custom)
- Working temperature: -20℃ ~ +80℃
- Near zero rebound force
